Build Before 18 Program is designed for students in Classes 8 to 12 who want to go beyond academics and start building real-world readiness early.
The program is ideal for students who want to discover their strengths, gain clarity about future opportunities, build meaningful portfolios, complete internships, interact with entrepreneurs and mentors, earn industry-recognised certification, and develop experiences that support their long-term goals.
It is particularly valuable for families who are looking for a structured pathway instead of piecing together multiple courses, counsellors, internships, and profile-building activities separately.
At the end of the program, students don’t just walk away with a certificate; they walk away with proof of growth.
Each student builds a portfolio of experiences, gains exposure to entrepreneurship and the startup ecosystem, develops a better understanding of their strengths, completes internship and project-based learning opportunities, and earns certification from TiE Delhi-NCR and Strengths Masters.
The result is a student who is more self-aware, more confident, and better prepared to make informed decisions about streams, careers, college applications, and future opportunities.
The program is hybrid, a mix of online sessions and offline experiences in Delhi NCR. Students have structured touchpoints each week, including strengths-based career planning, founder masterclasses, and guided internship work. It is designed not to conflict with school schedules.
Students are trained by two sets of coaches
1) Elite Coaches Certified by Gallup USA, who are experienced in Strengths-Based Career Planning, have global exposure, and have worked with 100 + organisations and 4000 + students.
2) Founders who have done it all: started with nothing, built multi-million-dollar companies, raised venture funding, created profitable businesses, and still stay close to customers, products, and execution.
The cohort is kept small deliberately- fewer than 25 students- so every student gets meaningful coaching attention, the right peer group, and genuine ecosystem access. A larger batch would dilute all three.
